• Samata Bank provides SMS alert facilities as part of security measures

• All ATM related activity intimations are immediately sent through high priority SMS route

• All transactions of ATM or Debit Card Usage like PIN reset, Withdrawals, Card Usage, Card Block, Card Decline etc. provide alerts

• Our CBS also sends SMSs for the RTGS/NEFT and other debit / credit transactions

• This web site (www.samatabank.com) also sends OTPs to users on registering enquiries, suggestions and grievances

• We send transaction reference to the registered mobile number which can be used for any reference at a later point of time

• We provide SMS services free of charges as of date at the time of account opening

• Users should ensure providing the active Mobile number to the bank or at the time of transaction or on the web site. This enhances the security of the transaction and the user accounts

• Never ever share OTP received through mobile services or through Email with any body

• Bank will not be responsible for any loss / drop of SMS alert messages due to any technical reasons

• Users are requested to take necessary precautions to handle the mobile instruments, Wi-Fi settings, hot spot setting, anti virus installation, user ID, Password and Cache management to prevent unauthorized access
